"ZAIRA screwed up my policy and got my registration suspended because she issued my policy ON THE WRONG DATE….A MONTH AFTER I PAID. What made this even worse is the LYING, covering up & lack of accountability after the fact. ZAIRA is unprofessional & straight up RUDE. Instead of admitting her mistake she said it was a “system error” that her “notes” said the policy would potentially start in December instead of November….THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE FULL PAYMENT ON 11/5/25 ZAIRA ??? If I was pulled over during the month of December, I could have faced huge legal issues since I technically did not have valid car insurance!!!! Now I’m getting an email that my bill for next month is DOUBLE what I pay usually, since they decided to change my rate (punish me basically after they screwed up the policy and all documents) WITHOUT TELLING ME !!!! GARION never called me personally to apologize for any of this, instead I had to deal with ZAIRA’s reckless mouth. GARION would hide & refuse to take calls and this was on several occasions! Clearly this Stare Farm office does not value their clients and couldn’t care less about them. Furthermore GARION, your response to this review was not even necessary since you did not show me any courtesy or respect. AVOID THIS LOCATION & STATE FARM !"
